You intended not to lie, cheat or leave
You intended not to break me down to the point that it would be hard for any man to pick up the pieces
You intended to love me and treat me like a queen
You intended to give me things I never asked for but you implied I needed
You intended to make me happy
You intended to be different
You intended to get to know me, to accept me, to cherish me
But the thing with intent is its never promised
You aimed to give me the world but fell short relying on your words instead of your actions
Someone who always says the right things and INTENDS to be the right man for you isn't always the right choice.
ACTIONS SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS
